The Neighborhood
Aldea Zam is the most beautiful and central area of Tulum, there are spas, diving schools, boutique clothing stores, smoothies, restaurants, bike and scooter rentals, taxi site, you will enjoy a inhabited environment that coexists in harmony with the jungle, it is a very safe neighborhood and close to the tourist spots of Tulum.
Local and international cuisine are available in a variety of unique eateries, as well as an eclectic mix of stores and boutiques offering mementos that embody the heart of Mexico.
The region has an excellent climate, with an average annual temperature of 25.5 degrees C (78 F.) Offshore water temperature is about 80 F(27 c) and cenote water temperature for snorkeling or diving is 24 C (76 F).
Tulum ruins are the third most visited archaeological site in Mexico after Teotihuacan and Chichen Itza. Located just 5.2 km (3.2 Miles) from our villa.
Getting Around
Taxis always available, usually waiting outside of the complex gate. Also highly suggest renting a scooter or bike to get around. There are lots of rentals around Tulum:
