Guests will have the entire 3-bedroom home privately to themselves. There is space for up to 2 vehicles to park directly on the property.

Located in Tulum Town a new residential area.
Tulum Town is around 18 minutes walking from the house. 2 km away are the Tulum Ruins, 13 km away you will find the Kaan Luum Lagoon, the Tulum Hotel Zone is 6 km away and the public beach area is just 5 km away!
Getting Around
Opting for a bicycle is the most convenient mode of transportation, offering easy access to the beach, town, and nearby attractions. Alternatively, a scooter provides another efficient option. For a reliable ride, our taxi service is readily available. Renting a car is ideal for longer journeys, with a reserved parking spot provided right in front of the house for your convenience.
You can move through Tulum town by car, bicycle or even walking. If you have a rented car, you'll have one parking spot for you. You can park in front of the house in your designated parking space or on the main street, please try not to block any entrances. To open the gate to park inside you will need the small remote control left next to the house keys.
